All good gifts around us...

The food given for Prep School Harvest Festival is being distributed to local needy families, the homeless and elderly people.

Hundreds of tins, packets and bottles were collected by representatives of Leamington Christian Mission who use the items to make up Christmas hampers.

They also distribute the fresh produce to single-parent and low income families and homeless people in Leamington Spa and Warwick.

Foundation 1 and Reception girls helped Geoff Devlin (right) and John Eld pack the food items into the charity’s mini bus. They also took a selection of goods to Arden House care home, which is located near the School.

A Harvest Festival service, led by Rev Christopher Wilson, was held in Holy Trinity Church. Each class in Prep School performed a seasonal item, which included hand bell ringing, poems, drama and a special version of “We plough the fields and scatter” by Music Teacher, Mrs Bunce.
