On Sunday morning, 6th March, twenty-nine girls and three members of staff set off for Kingsley's 13th trip to the Château de la Baudonnière in Normandy.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed the activities - assault course, bread making, fencing, orienteering, aeroball, photography, circus skills, outdoor games, treasure hunt, quiz - which were all carried out in French, of course, and some were even overheard saying that the French lessons had been fun, too!
The French "animateurs",who organised the activities, were full of praise for the girls' positive attitude, supportiveness and good humour and the Kingsley staff were delighted to see the improvement in their confidence and fluency. We feel that everyone benefited enormously from our visit to France, as well as having a great deal of fun!
