Pupils at Kingsley will be “going, going, gone” on trips and visits in a new mini bus provided with money raised at a number of events - including an online auction.
Parents' association The Friends of Kingsley organised the fundraising and handed over the keys to the new 17-seater vehicle at Junior School sports day.
Kingsley Premises Manager, Alan Savage (back left) was presented with the keys by the Chair of The Friends of Kingsley Karen Grant and parent Steve Hunt (centre), whose company Intercounty Truck & Van of Wellingborough supplied and will maintain the minibus.
Kingsley now has three minibuses available to transport pupils, allowing teaching staff to organise even more trips and visits to enhance learning.
