Members of the Sixth Form Young Enterprise team helped Kingsley’s Head of Business Studies and Economics Mary Bennett with her fund raising efforts for three women's cancer charities.
The girls sold the recipe book they have produced as part of their YE activities and set up their highly successful old fashioned sweet stall at a charity sale in Balsall Common in support of Breast Cancer Care, Ovarian Cancer Action and Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust.
These causes are close to Mary’s heart and she is in training to cycle 300km in three days around Holland at the beginning of June with a group of 14 'mums on bikes' from Balsall Common and Kenilworth.
