Visit to Pahamune House, April 06

In the Easter holidays we went to Sri Lanka. We made a visit to Pahamune House. We gave them the presents we took from school. We added more art work material as well. They were very happy and thanked the school very much. We will visit them again next year. Then I will give my set of "My First Words" books to their library.

Editor's note:  In 2005, in response to the devastating Boxing Day tsunami, Kingsley raised over £5500 for Pahaumune House, an orphanage in Sri Lanka. Money has already been raised this year to fulfil our commitment to sponsor a child there. As well as Nipuni and her family, other parents and staff, including the Head, Mrs Mannion Watson, have been to visit Pahamune House.
