Young Voices 2006 Pupils in the Kingsley Junior School choir were given a fantastic opportunity to sing with more than 4,000 voices on 30 November, when they took part in the Young Voices 2006 concert at The National Indoor Arena, Birmingham.
The choir had prepared a number of challenging songs and arrived at the NIA for the rehearsal on the afternoon of the concert. The girls were all very excited as more and more famous pop stars arrived to perform their solo items. Although tired after their long day, the girls all sang beautifully and the concert was a great success. I’m sure the experiences of the day will stay with them for many years to come. C Taylor
