On Shrove Tuesday, Reception children followed a tried and trusted recipe to make pancake batter.

After we had eaten our delicious pancakes with either lemon juice and brown sugar or syrup, we tried our hand at tossing them, some more successfully than others! 

We also found the missing numbers on a pancake number line.
