Rounders Success for U12 Team

After a series of very exciting games, Kingsley's U12 rounders team went through to the semi-finals, where they played Myton School. Kingsley beat Myton by 6½ to 3 rounders, and then met Kenilworth in the final. After eight minutes, Kenilworth had 6 rounders and Kingsley were fielding exceptionally well, having caught out several of the strong batters. Just before the change over of innings the rain started, and it was decided that it was too dangerous to continue. The match was declared a draw and the trophy will be shared between the two schools for six months.

The girls are to be congratulated on their support play and strong fielding and hitting skills. Well done, everyone!
